At Canadian Superfoods™, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. Please review our policy below for details.


1️⃣ Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
✅ You must initiate the return within 30 days of placing your order
✅ You must return the unused or remaining product, including original packaging, to us.
✅ Only regular-priced items are eligible; sale or clearance items are final sale unless otherwise specified.


2️⃣ Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@canadiansuperfoods.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Important: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


3️⃣ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
✅ We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✅ Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
✅ Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.


4️⃣ Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Customer Support Email] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


5️⃣ Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
